By accessing or using the Numero.Click website, cloud application, APIs, or consulting services provided by Aadye VedTech LLP (hereinafter referred to as "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Numero.Click provides numerological calculations, Lo-Shu grid generation, matchmaking, premium PDF reports, and live expert consultations powered by the Keero Gold calculation engine. These services are based on ancient Vedic, Chaldean, and Pythagorean belief systems and are provided for entertainment, spiritual guidance, and self-reflection purposes only.

3. Disclaimer of Accuracy & Liability

While our software utilizes strict mathematical algorithms to generate reports, numerology is a subjective science. We do not guarantee that any spelling correction, mobile number change, or Vastu remedy will yield specific financial, medical, or personal results. The Company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from decisions made based on our reports or consultations.

4. Account Registration & SaaS Usage

To access the Name Laboratory or save profiles, users must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our fair use policies or engage in unauthorized scraping of our API data.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, calculation logic, PDF report layouts, algorithms, and the Numero.Click brand identity are the exclusive intellectual property of Aadye VedTech LLP. Reproducing, distributing, or reverse-engineering our PDF reports or API endpoints for commercial gain without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of Numero.Click shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
